Hello,
I am Chinmay

I’m an Industrial Designer at Laerdal Medical AS, where I work in the Resuscitation Hardware team designing products that help save lives. My current focus is on exploring new value opportunities for one of Laerdal’s leading resuscitation products. As part of this work, I’m conducting a customer discovery program to understand real-world needs and translate them into meaningful design and business outcomes.

This project has challenged me to think beyond design; stepping into the space between product strategy and user experience, and taking on responsibilities that often align with product management. It’s been a steep but rewarding learning curve.

In parallel, I’ve led the development of the AED Pads Connector, shaping its usability, form, and manufacturability while supporting its business case. I’ve also been actively involved in evolving Laerdal’s Design Language System, helping ensure consistency and coherence across the company’s product portfolio.
